Convocations are generally held post-Lent. Thanks to our donors, the NACCC can provide financial support to assist with Clergy\u2019s travel expenses.<\/p>\n<h4><u>Ministers\u2019 Assistance and Enrichment Fund<\/u><\/h4>\n<p>Scholarships of up to $500 are available through the Ministers\u2019 Assistance and Enrichment Fund.\u00a0Requests for assistance may be made to the Executive Director of the NACCC no later than 30 days before the date of the Convocation.<\/p>\n<h4><u>Rev. Howard Conn Endowment<\/u><\/h4>\n<p>Financial assistance is available for registration and travel expenses to attend a NACCC Ministers\u2019 Convocation.\u00a0 The Howard Conn Endowment was established by Judge James and Leanne Rogers in memory of the Rev. Howard Conn, retired minister of the Plymouth Church in Minneapolis, MN. The Endowment\u2019s explicit use is to support ministers travel expenses to attend Educational opportunities, such as Convocation.<\/p>\n<p>Rev. Conn was a preacher, lecturer, ecumenist, and writer. One of his favorite topics was the enduring significance of the Congregational Way of life.
